Make user can not access windows at a certain time

1. Open command prompt (windows+r, type cmd)

2. Type
net user..../time:M-F,19:00-24:00

3.Its mean block net user.... on Monday to Friday and at 7 o'clock until 12 o'clock

4. If you don't know the user you can type net user in command prompt
